The International Competition of Dance - 22th edition - will take place in Spoleto at Complesso San Nicolò from the 24th to the 31st march 2012.
The Competition is inserted in the International Federation Ballet Competitions and has been inserted by the Ministry of Education among the most important events to bring valid pupils out in the artistic field. The competition is subdivided into the following sections: Classical, Modern-contemporary, Choreographic Composition and "Urban Dance".
It is open to young boys and girls, from 12 to 14 years for the category “allievi”, from 15 to 18 years old for the category “juniores”, from 19 and 24 years old for the category “seniores”. For the sections Choreographic Composition and Urban Dance there are no age limits.
The Jury will be composed of people renowned in the dance field. During the week, all the competitors can take part to the lessons even if eliminated. Clarissa Mucci (classical) and Laura Martorana (modern) will be the teachers.
